Track & Trace

Read the instruction below if you choose OBB International Shipping as your shipping method:

1. If you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an email, which contains a Track&Trace code and link within a few minutes. Please click 'Click and tracking your order' on the email.

 

 

2. You will be redirected to the Track&Trace page. Like the screenshot shows, you will be able to check the status of the package. It might take several days from the first step until the second step. Only when the parcel is ready for posting you will see the change of its status. So please wait patiently.

 

 

3. When the parcel is ready, you will see an update on the Track&Trace page. A tracking link for the next step (after the parcel arrives in China) will be generated in this section (see screenshot). Please click on the link.

 

 

4. You will be redirected to the tracking page of our logistics partner. You don't need to copy and paste the tracking code since the system will do it automatically. On this page you will find a detailed process about the parcel, from packing in the Netherlands until the delivery in China. It will also contain the contact information of the assigned deliverer from Yunda. You or your customer will be able to contact the deliverer directly if it is needed.

 

 

Read the instruction below if you choose PostNL Standard Service (EMS) as your shipping method:

 

1. If you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an email, which contains a Track&Trace code and link within a few minutes. Please click 'Tracking your order' on the email.

 

 

2. You will be redirected to the Kuaidi100 Track&Trace page. Like the screenshot shows, you will be able to check the status of the package. It might take several days from the first step until the second step. Only when the parcel is ready for posting you will see the change of its status. So please wait patiently. (The first two steps are exactly the same as the other shipping method.)

 

 

3. On the Details part of the page, you will be able to find the EMS tracking code. You need to copy this tracking code manually and open the EMS parcel tracking page.

4. You will see this page as the following screenshot shows. Please paste your tracking code and enter the verification code (this code will be generated on the page) in the circled area. After it's done, please click on the 'Track' button.

 

 

5. After that is done, you will be able to find a detailed delivery process of your parcel, like the screenshot shows:

 

 

In addition, you can find your parcel tracking link on the following two places:

 

1. Click on the 'My account' icon and choose 'Log In'. After logged in, you can find the 'Track Your Order' link for each order you have placed on 'My Dashboard'.

If you click the link, you will see the following page (like screenshot). Please click this link and repeat the steps that are mentioned before.

 

2. You (or your customer, it is voluntary for you if you would like to share this tool) can both use the Authenticity Checker tool which we developed together with Nutricia. This tool can be used to verify the authenticity of the products, as well as find the tracking link for your parcel. Click on the 'Track Order' link and repeat the steps that are mentioned before.
